Vick Going To Jail?
It was announced today that Atlanta Falcon’s QB Michael Vick was indicted on federal charges of dog fighting in his Virginia home.
Some of the purses in the fights were as high as $26,000 and for the dogs that lost he would electrocute them, hang them, or shoot them to death.
In addition to his indictment three of his close friends Purnell A. Peace, Quanis L. Phillips, and Tony Taylor were charged with the same crimes.
Vick has not yet been arrested but is summoned to court to face his charges brought along by federal agents.
Many informants came out of the woodwork to show that Michael Vick in fact was at the house and even participated in the fights. But, according to Vick he had no knowledge of what was happening at his own house.
Personally, I think if Vick is found guilty which I am very sure after looking at the very detailed indictment, he should go to jail for at least 3 years and be kicked out of the NFL for these despicable crimes.
I am a dog owner and I couldn’t imagine putting my dog against another dog and kill them if they lose.
Scientist and crime profilers agree that people who kill dogs are very likely to kill human beings or commit other harsh crimes.
So, Vick you need to go to jail and get his soap on a rope ready…
