A Simple Life No More?
No, I’m not talking about how Paris Hilton will have to act like a normal citizen and abide by the laws. We’ll leave that for another day.
But, more importantly The Simple Life has been canceled. E! the network which aired the show said that the primary reason for the cancellation was due to overexposure.
What they really mean is that no one is interested in seeing two rich brats anymore.
No surprise here, I mean both are landing them selves in jail for committing very serious crimes.
E! responded to the speady rumors of the cancellation and had this to say:
“We felt like the real life drama of their lives overshadowed anything happening on the show.
Viewers would see Paris all day long on the news about her going to jail, so they didn’t care about seeing her camping with kids. It just was too played out.”
And I bet Nicole Richie didn’t want to hear this but they also had this to say:
“Paris carried the show. She was the one willing to do anything. Nicole was the diva.”
