Boy Meets World, Topanga Arrested
Former “Boy Meets World” star Danielle Fishel was recently arrested for driving drunk in Los Angeles.
The 26-year-old actress was stopped by Los Angeles cops Thursday morning just before 5 a.m.
“It was a pretty simple arrest,” Sgt. Randy Querry of the Newport Beach Police Department told the local Daily Pilot newspaper, adding that Fishel was not drunk at the time of her arrest.
Danielle Fishel was Topanga on “Boy Meets World” where she played a character that was smart yet sassy along side Cory Mathews, played by Ben Savage.
The show enjoyed success for seven seasons where in 2000 it ended with her and Cory getting married and moving to New York.
She was also the spokeswoman for NutriSytem where she had dropped over 20 pounds on their diet plans.
