Mischa Barton Arrested For DUI & Drugs
Hollywood Star, Mischa Barton was arrested early morning in West Hollywood for DUI and possession of an illegal substance (marijuana).
She was spotted by police after she was seen swerving back and forth in two lanes of traffic.
21-year-old actress played Marissa Cooper on Fox’s “The O.C” along side fellow actor Adam Brody.
To make matters worse the sheriff’s office released this press statement stating,”during Ms. Barton’s detention, it was determined that she was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.”
After spending over seven hours in jail, she was finally released on bail of upwards of $10,000.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t her first time having problems with alcohol.
Back in May she was hospitalized for a reaction she had when she combined alcohol along with her antibiotics.
