Star Wax Immortalization
You haven’t made it in Hollywood until you’ve either got your star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame or a fax figure of yourself done by Madame Tussaud’s Wax.
The wax museum is located in London where all it takes is $20 to get in. Among stepping in you’ll have trouble telling that any of these figures are fake.
And this wax figures aren’t cheap either, “it costs about $250,000 per wax figure,” said Jennifer Mann, public relations coordinator for Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum.”
Each of the models are made out of beeswax and paraffin, taking as long as several months just to complete one.
The rules seem pretty lenient, your allowed to take pictures with each of the models and even allowed to touch them.
Below are some pictures of the wax models and the real star. Some of these models are so well made that you might have trouble telling them apart!
