Prince Harry Returns Home
Prince Harry’s time spent with is army regiment in Afghanistan was cut short on Saturday, after the website ‘Drudge Report’ reported details about his secret deployment.
Harry had served 10 weeks with the Household Cavalry unit before the Drudge Report article came out. Major news networks all knew about his deployment, but agreed not to disclose any information in fear of his well being.
If the Taliban would’ve known that Harry was deployed, not only would he have been a target, but so too would his comrades.
Harry was previously known by the media as an ‘extreme partier’ and events like the Nazi Halloween costume didn’t help his cause either.
The Associated Press had this to report:
I believe that Harry was truly looking to be a good citizen and help serve his country. It’s sad to see a smaller media network look to capitalize on someone else’s safety.
Harry’s brother, Price William is also looking for an opportunity to serve in the Royal Navy.
“It’s our intention to give Prince William as full a taste of life in the Royal Navy as possible,” a Navy spokesman said on Saturday.
These claims have not yet been confirmed been the Prince or his family.
I feel bad for Harry, but sometimes crappy events like this can turn in your favor. Just think of your image, now your known as a leader who’ll serve his country no matter your status.
Prince Harry is currently third in line for the thrown.
