That’s right, Larry Birkhead recently spent over $3000 at a weekend auction where he scooped up Anna Nicole Smith’s old lingerie. Just when I thought this whole story couldn’t get any weirder, he was quoted as saying:

“You know, it’s not something I can show today, but something down the road. It’s not going to be in any bedtime stories anytime soon.”

What he meant by that is the reason he bought the lingerie was so that their daughter who have something to remember her deceased mother by. I wonder why he didn’t pick up something that isn’t associated with sex, even though that was her mother’s claim to fame. He might of well as bought her a playboy with one of Anna’s centerfolds in it. I’m sorry, but who in their right mind buys something like this?

The former couple’s daughter, Dannielynn is now 1-years old and is the proud recipient of a $1800 pink bustier and a $1000 white negligee. These classy items were picked up at a weekend auction at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. I think this should be an example of items that parents should not leave their children. What ever happened to a parent leaving a sentimental item that is not so sexual?
